Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
有的时候对于服务的第一次构建总是不那么顺利，如果构建的脚本有点问题，就会导致功亏一篑，即使你的maven构建已经通过，但是失败的构建不会保存maven构建的缓存，这导致下次构建缓慢
