[Bug]: Progress Bar Displays Incorrect Fill State

What happened?

The progress bar appears only partially filled and does not accurately represent the current progress value. This creates confusion for users and makes the progress indicator unreliable.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the application.
2. Navigate to the page containing the progress bar.
3. Observe the progress bar display.
4. Notice that the filled portion does not match the expected progress state.

Expected behaviour

The progress bar should correctly reflect the actual progress value and display the appropriate filled percentage.

No console errors observed. This appears to be a UI rendering/styling issue.
