Check semantic errors

Add checker to provide feedback to the user on:

• similarly named (but not identical) movements (perhaps they have a typo?).
• Values that might be too high / low (if they are either un-human or outside the relm of normal for the user)
• too many sessions in a day (maybe a date was copied over too much)
