[BUG] Red icon not showing up for error line in code viewer for issues #2013

Current Behavior

When using the code viewer modal to view issues within the code, the red exclamation icon that typically indicates an error is not appearing.

Expected Behavior

The red exclamation icon should appear next to any line of code that contains an error.
