ZULUFT_IST not changing with LUEFTUNGSSTUFE

I saw a discussion about the LUEFTUNG these days in some of the threads.
And i wondered, for me the airflow is also very hearable at the moment. This was definitely not as we moved in the house a few years ago.
You could differentiate between the LUEFTUNGSSTUFEN regarding noise.

Now if I change it, it keeps being as loud on "1" as on "3".
I checked the sensors and saw that ZULUFT_IST does not change anymore and seems to be stuck on STUFE_3. ABLUFT_IST is changing like normal.

What do you guys think? Dirt? Dust? The maintenance is done every year.
The power increases from STUFE_1 14W to STUFE_3 63W.

49 Hz is basically max for Zuluft. You need to check the air intake, if it is blocked. Also open the heatpump and check the filters. Remove the hexagonal block (Kreuzwärmetauscher)in the middle and clean the filter in the back, too

Our maintenance company do always deep clean of the machine. Usually spend half day on it. All filters, cleaning of the hexagone, purge of the système. Check of the heizkreis filter etc...

In the seven years since we built the house, I have never had to call customer service for maintenance or inspection. Fortunately, you don't need to do much and can easily do everything yourself on a heat pump if you're not all thumbs. It's not rocket science.

Looks interessting. For which model is that docx?
I just got the offer from Stiebel for a new Maintananceperiod, 580 Euro for a check within 2 years… That‘s pretty expensive, especially since they just check and look and do some filter cleaning, as far as I understood the offer. Those things I can do on my own I guess…

How do you guys handle that? Do you have maintanance contract? And if so, how much is it?

I don't know, I use it for my THZ 304 eco.

I have never had a contract and have not needed any maintenance or repairs in the seven years since I got the heat pump.
So far, I have done everything myself.
