What would you like to be added:
--cpus, --memory and --storage-opt size args to be able to set resources for Kind nodes. Currently every kind node is reflecting host resources.

Why is this needed:
This would allow Us to test cluster-autoscaler ( or others ), where one can subdivide host resources per Kind node.
