Investigate removal of unused presets post jobs migration

What should be cleaned up or changed:

Investigate removal of prow presets no longer required (or can't be migrated) for job execution. Some presets found:

• preset-minikube-e2e-creds
• preset-azure-windows
• preset-cluster-api-provider-vsphere-e2e-config
