Problem:
Katacoda.com is now closed

Proposed Solution:
Updating the Documentation wherever, katacoda is mentioned with the active playgrounds.

Hi @abhi-bhatra, thanks for pointing this out! Since Katakoda is no longer available, the documentation should be updated to reference the active alternatives.
