Menu title out of date on Rancher UI Extension quickstart

Current Behavior

Post installation screen capture shows menu as titled "Kuberwarden" at https://docs.kubewarden.io/howtos/ui-extension/install#post-installation

Expected Behavior

Menu item is now titled "Admission Policy Management" Screen capture should be updated.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Install Kubewarden UI Extension in Rancher v2.11.4
2. Go to explorer for a downstream cluster
