Add option to change keywords?

Thanks for the package.
As the title says, it would be nice to be able to set our own keywords for the various commands.

Unfortunately, I don't really use Windows for much development anymore and this plugin fits my use cases for when I do use Windows. You're more than welcome to open up a PR that accomplishes this with some sort of .ini/settings file.
