Multithreading settings are being disabled errorneously

"Number of threads to use" settings are bieng disabled as soon as "Check for all known issues (all)" checkbox is marked.

I can replicate it, if closing the dialog and opening it again then the threads field is enabled again.

All checks will enable the 'check unused functions' which should disable the multi threaded processing. So maybe it's other way around that at some cases (like opening the dialog again) the multi-threaded field is enabled even when it shouldn't.
