Suggestion : Change items language when using RAM edits #644

The suggestion would allow the user to change the language without needing to load a save file.
Mine is set to french but the ram edits still in english if I don't load my savefile.
You can only change language of the program when you load a save.
When doing ram edits using sysbotbase, you can't change the language, items have their english names by default.
