Count of changes in the watchlist does not get refreshed when "Mark all changes as seen" is pressed manually

See title. If you go into your watchlist and manually press "Mark all changes as seen", wiki monkey does not refresh the count displayed next to the watchlist, even if a new page is opened.
It should listen on that button and set its count to zero when it is pressed.

FWIW, MediaWiki has a "Use non-JavaScript interface" user preference, in which case the button reads "Mark all pages visited". But the behaviour is likely the same, though I can't test it right now since the count currently says 0 (yay!)
