support voice and stage text channels

currently the bot doesnt display these channels, handling these channels isnt as trivial as adding these channel types to the component, the bot checks if the command user has permission to send messages to these channels, which, due to discord api intricacies, users dont, this means voice/stage channels need to handle these permissions differently
