Hello, I'm new to using this program to download all my Twitch Highlights since their stupid decision to limit highlights to 100 hours per account.

I'm on the Windows GUI version trying to mass-download these highlights, and I keep running into some issues with some of the downloads (not all of them; out of 241 I'm trying to download, 130 have been successful) constantly failing, with the error message reading "Too Many Parts are Missing (###/###), aborting" and failing on the Verifying Parts stage. How does this happen, and is there any way for me to fix this?

The only thing I've done settings-wise was change the cache location to the 4TB external hard drive I'm saving these videos to, and I don't think that would cause anything to change, but I could be wrong. I also had no background programs running.

Any advice?

That error occurs when 95% or more of the downloaded files failed to verify as a sanity check that the download mechanism is working as expected. If the issue is with the VOD itself and not the download mechanism, please post the VOD URL so I can take a look at it.

Yeah, here's one of the ones that has failed twice now: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/2337017043

I'm currently doing a re-try of all the ones that previously failed for that same reason, and I've already successfully downloaded a couple.

I'm 10% into downloading the VOD with zero failed parts. I wonder if Twitch is limiting your connections and somehow we aren't catching it?

If you could navigate to %temp%/TwitchDownloader you will see the download cache for the videos you are downloading. The first number is the video ID. Please watch and see if files are being created that have 0 length. If there are, cancel the download and try reducing your concurrent video downloads. I heard somewhere that Twitch servers can get unhappy with more than 6 concurrent connections, which would be a download thread.

Ah, I see; I'm doing max 15 in an effort to try to save some time, so that may very well be the case. I'll try doing max 6 on my next pass for the failed downloads and we'll see if that changes anything.
