Replace MeshMap icons to new Kanvas logo

Current Behavior

Old MeshMap icon is present in the navigation menu

Desired Behavior

Replace the old icon with new Kanvas hexagonal design in navigation menu.
NOTE : The Kanvas brand kit has been uploaded to layer5.io/brand. It’s also available in the community shared drive.
