[UI] Fix image alignment in article cards

Current Behavior

On the Resources page, under the Article filter, the images at the top of the article cards are not aligned consistently. Some images are positioned higher or lower than others, making the card layout look uneven.

Expected Behavior

The images at the top of all article cards should be aligned consistently so they appear in the same position across every card.

Thanks @dhruveshmishra! I reviewed #7914. While it addresses the visual issue, my implementation takes a different approach by introducing an opt-in rendering abstraction that normalizes thumbnail rendering without asset-specific fixes. I'll leave it to the maintainers to decide which approach aligns better with the project.
