Enhances the UI/UX of the Footer on the mobile devices.

Current Behavior

The Footer UI does not have the same design on the mobile device as other projects i . e. meshery-extensions etc. It's not well structure properly.

Expected Behavior

The expected Behavior should follow the same Footer structure as similar projects have it.
