How can I customise the output of changelog?

As the title say, I wanted to know if their is any way to customise the layout of release changelog, like adding emojis before the heading. We've this feature is standard-release and I am missing that in lerna changelog.

you can use the labels option described in https://github.com/lerna/lerna-changelog#configuration to add emojis to the headings
