D1 pin creates unwanted behaviour in Activity buttons and led display (not tested in other situations)

When the D1 pin is connected to a button, if any other button connected to another D pin is pressed, the LED associated to the D1 pin powers on, and then the LED associated to the pin connected to the buttton that is pressed powers on, as if the method called by D1's button was executed when another button is pressed. This scenario happens only with the D1 pin.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Copy paste the code in the activity "buttons and led display" in the section "code it" to a STM32 makecode project
2. Run the code
