这是构建时 Clash Rust Alpha 没有下载成功导致的。你可以看下安装目录，clash-rs-alpha.exe 只有 9 KiB。用文本编辑器打开它只显示 Not Found。

我看了下上游仓库，他们的 latest 标签不见了，可能是构建时出了问题。这个标签不存在，自然无法下载 Clash Rust Alpha。

确实不是我们这边的问题，可能需要等待 clash rs 那边修一下 ci
