失去焦点一段时间后页面卡死

复现步骤 / Step to reproduce

触发条件：页面切换至Dashboard，并将其他应用弹至最前（也就是喵帕斯GUI在后边），经过一段时间后（一两分钟）再将喵帕斯float到最前会出现页面卡死现象，但app不会崩溃，一段时间后恢复

如果UI切到其他菜单，比如Proxies，则不会出现这种情况。因此盲猜可能和流量图的动画绘制有关

复现视频如下，由于github上传文件失败，我这里贴drive link。前面等待时间大概一分多钟可以直接拉着跳过
