After adding "SDL_HINT_MOUSE_AUTO_CAPTURE" hint ( 5ff4243 ) now appear bug - releasing mouse button outside of app window works as intended, but pressing right mouse button in app window and releasing it on title bar opens context menu!
Setting "SDL_HINT_MOUSE_AUTO_CAPTURE" to "0" do not open menu but it does not release mouse button :<
