Storage monitor connection failure warning #628
Description
We keep seeing this all the time in production:
[info] 2023-08-28T10:43:17.060768Z WARN sqld: failed to open connection for storager monitor: Error code 5: The database file is locked, trying again in 60s
Let's try to do something about this to avoid me getting scared all the time.
