Destination IP input focus

• Cursor focuses on the first octet instead of the last octet
• Users typically only need to modify the host portion (e.g., 192.168.1.___)

Resolution Update

Issue: Read-only segments of the Destination IP field were focusable.
Root Cause: AppIpv4TextField implementation did not disable focus request or traversal for individual octet fields marked as read-only.
Resolution: Updated AppIpv4TextField in UI Kit to set skipTraversal: true and canRequestFocus: false for read-only segments.
Status: Fixed & Verified.
