Resolution Update

Issue: Device Name truncated at bottom.
Root Cause: AppPageView (UI Kit) used AppText.headlineSmall which had a line height too tall for the AppBar, causing descenders to be clipped.
Resolution: Modified ui_kit's AppPageView.dart to use AppText.titleLarge (better fit) and added Tooltip + TextOverflow.ellipsis.
Status: Fixed & Verified.
