IndexError on Trying to Edit Entry

Mint 22.1 Xia (upgraded from 21) with webapp-manager 1.4.0.

I have several apps (and browsers) installed. When I tried to edit one of them, the following error happened. I could not reproduce it, but perhaps the code can be hardened at this location.
