[FEATURE_REQUEST] Allow toggling sections by clicking anywhere on the header

In V3 when clicking anywhere on the header bar of the sections would toggle the section. In V4 however it only is the arrow on the side.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would make opening and closing sections easier if the whole bar (except the buttons on the right) would allow for opening and closing the section

Yes, this was actually how it used to be.
Reason I removed that, was it lead to some weird behaviour for the right-click/edit options, where you'd start editing a section and it would collapse/expand. But I'm sure there's a neat way to solve this..

Would it be easily possible to expand the area that triggers the toggle to also the text-title area?
