bug: call to action to redelegate or withdraw LPT inside delegating view persists after withdrawing

The option to redelegate or withdraw LPT should disappear after withdrawing undelegated LPT to your wallet. Seems to be an issue related to the wagmi cache not getting cleared after the transaction submission.

I expect this might be resolved already on branch https://github.com/livepeer/explorer/tree/bugfix/192-no-option-to-redelegate-LPT-after-undelegating (related to #192). I will need a couple more days to actually verify this, as I don't have any undelegations that are eligible for withdrawal yet.
