Mobile wallet behavior unstable

Describe the bug

I noticed that on mobile wallet actions sometimes don't work. Also the wallet connection buttons sometimes fail. I heard multiple people complain about similar issues so would be good to investigate if we can improve the mobile wallet experience.

To Reproduce

1. Go to the Explorer.
2. Connect your wallet.
3. Do a wallet action (i.e. Unbond, bond, withdraw, ect.).
4. See the transaction not being forwarded to your wallet from time to time.

Expected behavior

The experience should be more stable and consistent.

@ECWireless please discuss with @mehrdadmms if this can be in the RFP based on your available resources. This will greatly improve user experience so is very valuable to the community.

@mehrdadmms I'm unable to replicate this using Chrome and Metamask on iOS 16. Does it make sense to you to leave this ticket open throughout the maintenance period in case anyone else brings up the issue, but leave it out of the main RFP milestones?
