What is the problem?

As shown in the documentation. Two calendar icons displayed:

How do you expect it to work?

It shouldn't have two identical icons in a row?

Firefox 135.0.1 and macOS (Sequoia)

This happened on Safari for me as well but only when I hit the back button on the browser. When I refresh, the problem is resolved.

I've investigated this and it seems that there is no easy way to hide the default date input icon on firefox, where as for chrome and safari we have hidden it using css.

@bzarzuela I suspect with your issue on safari, the css to hide the default icon isn't being applied again when the back button is pressed
