Add extra monitoring to AMSlib

It would be helpful for us if AMSlib could output some extra information for each run:

• how much data is sent per run (number of messages, amount of data)
• How many calls to physics vs surrogate

This is a good starting point. Yes. I would put that information per domain name.
e.g.:

So, for every invocation we keep a record of data. For now we store that record into some json file.
