question about potential conda package

hi, I am interested in using caliper in some of my programs, specifically a python based one. All of the dependencies of this python code are administered through conda. I realize Caliper uses Spack, but the user community of this code does not. Is there any interest or opposition on creating a package that can be conda installed?
