Which version of LM Studio?

LM Studio 0.3.9

Which operating system?

Linux, but applies to all.

What is the bug?

With integrated Intel HD Graphics before Xe/Arc, it is slower to run inference with Vulkan than with CPU.

LM Studio detects hardware support for runtimes and recommends "Good Choice", but Vulkan on Intel HD graphics is not a good choice and should not be marked as "Good Choice".
