Would a separately scoped Rust tooling contribution be useful alongside RFP-017, or are you only considering proposals for the full vesting application?
I propose a $1,000 milestone for a vesting calculation library and CLI: cliff and linear schedules, explicit integer rounding, cancellation accounting, JSON output, and tests mapped to an agreed specification. It would calculate schedules locally; token custody, proofs and LEZ integration would remain outside this milestone.
If that is useful, could you confirm the required scope and acceptance checks before I prepare a full proposal? This is a scope inquiry; no work has been commissioned or started.
