Hard dependency on crocdb blocks core functionality

Jacare currently depends entirely on crocdb. Since the service is offline, browsing, recognition, and metadata are broken, blocking adoption.

Expected:

• Alternative providers
• Graceful fallback when a source is down
• Library management usable without external services
