Unable to update profile photo when user cancelled this action previously

User case:

1. Access user > profile
2. Click in update (alterar) photo
3. Upload a file
4. Click in cancel
5. Click in update (alterar) photo again
6. Upload a new file

Expected action: Expected the user can update his photo even though he has canceled the action previously

Error: the new photo isn't loaded if user has canceled the action previously
