I have the same issue.

You still have this issue with the latest free version. Also, I ran the installer in a folder on a new SSD drive And instead of installing there it installed on my C: drive, because it is greyed out, I did not catch that you had a default directory set up. My C: drive is rather small, I normally only install programs on it and keep my data on other drives. I did get it uninstalled but had to jump through hoops to do it. I now paid attention and got it installed where I wanted it.

????

Have you ever seen a setup that does it differently? That's a industry standard since like 25 years on Windows. Show me any app, which installer installs automatically on the drive on which you run it 💀

That's great and all but, any comments relevant to the issue ?

Could it be that the uninstaller does not work if the app is installed on a different drive?

Hello everyone,
My name is Jaroslaw and I will be your customer support agent today.

Please take the following steps to somewhat "uninstall" the enhancr program when the normal uninstallation route fails.

  1. Find out where you installed enhancr and remove the entire folder.
  2. Press the windows key and type %AppData% and press Enter.
  3. Search for all folders named enhancr or enhancr-setup and delete them.
  4. Press a combination of keys win + r to open the run window.
  5. Type regedit and press Enter to open Windows Registry.
  6. In the registry go to the following location Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\ you can simply copy paste this into the address bar.
  7. Using the left side of the window find a "folder" named enhancr. Right-click on it and select delete from the context menu.
  8. Restart your computer.

Hello everyone, My name is Jaroslaw and I will be your customer support agent today.

Do not forget to remove all enhancr folders from your APPDATA for your account + your administrator account.
C:\Users\<account_name>\AppData
(There is also a folder named .enhancr somwhere in APPDATA.)
Finally use CCleaner to remove all other register keys related to enhancr

It's not like uninstallers MUST uninstall ALL files/folder/register keys like all other sw for 25 years!
