Permalink for individual items

I couldn't see how to link to an individual item. If someone wants to reference something from an answer on Stack Overflow, for example, it would be nice to link to the original here.

@donkirkby This is next on the list! Thanks for suggesting it, I've been looking to find the time to do this. Would be a great improvement for sure :)
