User modifies columns layout for each viewport from Stage

As a Marketer I want to modify columns layout per viewport so that I can adjust content positioning to be optimized for displaying on mobile devices

Preconditions

• Columns support wrapping PB-108
• User logged in Admin Panel
• User edits content in Page Builder
• Columns added to the Stage
• User views content optimized for desktop

Acceptance Criteria

• User modifies columns layout (columns width and the way they wrap) for desktop viewport than switches to mobile viewport and sees columns layout to be reset to stacked columns
• User modifies columns layout from Stage
• User can't change the order or columns per breakpoint. When user rearranges columns, they change the order across all breakpoints
• User opens Column group configuration and sees custom layout preset selected foe mobile viewport
• User switches back to desktop viewport and sees column group layout be the same user previously set for desktop viewport
• User saves page and views in on storefront. USer sees column layouts on desktop and mobile viewports to be the same user set in Admin Panel
