[Generation] Create configuration path constant and method persisting (insertion) service

We should be able to insert generated config path constant and method into the target configuration model.

Input:

1. generated constant
2. generated method
3. configuration model object (PhpClass)

Output:

Provided config path constant and method inserted into the target configuration model.

Acceptance Criteria:

• it should be covered by test case.
