Improve UI of Game Over Box

I would like to work on improving the UI of the Game Over box. Currently, it can be enhanced with better CSS styling and improved responsiveness across different screen sizes.

Proposed Changes:

• Add modern UI styling and animations for a more appealing look.
• Ensure proper alignment and spacing on all devices.
• Improve text visibility and button design.
• Optimise responsiveness for both desktop and mobile views.

Top padding is missing here for theme icons

Remove the one inside of .github folder and instead put the one which is outside rn there, also fix other things u mentioned above
