I see the following CSS reset used, but I suspect it is no longer required:

.owaContextualHighlight span {
  border: none !important;
  color: inherit !important;
}

According to this thread on Litmus forum from 5 years ago, this was used to target auto-linked text on Outlook.com and Office 365.
