Document restored pagination headers and Pagy 43 renames

Pagination headers were missing since 2025-11-28 and are restored.
Pagy 43 renamed Page-Items to page-limit and the Link relation type
prev to previous. Recommend paginating by following rel="next".

+Due to a regression, paginated responses sent no pagination HTTP headers (including `Link`) since 2025-11-28. All headers are now restored with two changes: the `Page-Items` header is renamed to `page-limit`, and the `Link` relation type `prev` is renamed to `previous`. Header names are lowercase (`current-page`, `page-limit`, `total-count`, `total-pages`); as always, header names are case-insensitive. We recommend paginating by following the RFC 8288 `Link` header with `rel="next"` rather than using the metadata headers.
