Cant use 3d Shape Files

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Shapefile shp = new Shapefile("...") using a shape file containing polygon Z 
items


What is the expected output? 
Successfully load file

What do you see instead?
Unsuppored shapefile type: PolygonZ


What version of the product are you using? 0.4.2

On what operating system? Win 7
