Moves shared, Apple, Swift bridge, and Android implementation files into a flat src directory per target, including the React Native adapters. All 36 moved files are unchanged. SwiftPM, CMake, formatter paths, and package-layout checks point to their new locations.
Validation: bun specs and test:prepare pass without generated changes; all 54 release/staging tests pass; source staging and both SwiftPM manifests validate. Android source inventories and include resolution match, and the moved logger passes an NDK compile check. The iOS test build compiles, then fails linking two std::function copy constructors, identically on the parent branch.
