Adds environment to nitro.json. "react-native" (the default) makes generated .cjs modules import react-native-nitro-modules, which installs Nitro for React Native. "bare" uses nitro-core. Native generation is unchanged.

Updates validation, the JSON schema, docs, template, and generated fixtures. Standalone packages explicitly select bare. The packed-package consumer check now loads a generated bare class, typechecks React Native after generation, and checks the current iOS-only fixtures.

Validation: bun specs, bun typecheck, ESLint on the changed Nitrogen files, and packed-package consumer checks all pass. Manual smoke checks cover both environments, the omitted default, invalid values, lazy class loading, and identical native output.
