Login Fail on macOS

I created an account for https://meridiem.markwhen.com and using the app inside the browser works fine.
When I install the standalone app for macOS I get an error when trying to log in.

First of all @benjamindahl thank you for opening and commenting on these issues - I don't know what's not working if people don't tell me, so I appreciate it. Keep them coming. The login issue for the binary is a known problem that I haven't yet figured out how to fix.
