Keyboard shortcuts

It would be great if we can quickly switch between tools using keyboard shortcuts.

For example:

• "a" would activate "Add element" dialog
• "s" would activate "Select" tool

Tool shortcuts is the number one requested feature on this project. I'm not sure when I'll be able to get round to this but having shortcuts would probably be the next most valuable addition to Isoflow (for any contributors watching this thread).
