fix fragile non-application urls

kanso js magic causes / to redirect to {baseURL}, so to get to the actual document root (e.g. to link to an attachment) i've used horrible things like:

<a href="#" onClick="window.location='../../../../{record_id}/{id}'">{name}</a><br/>

this now just needs the db name, which is ok -- can sub it in when the project is created. need to make sure this'll still work with virtual hosts, though.
